In 2022, Better Being won the Australian Workplace and Safety Award for Leadership and Culture, as a result of our work with client’s who undertook the High Performance program.
Feeling happier at the end of the program compared to the start, with wellbeing index scores increasing from 75% – 89%.

Our 1:1 virtual coaching is at the core of the High Performance program and is the key to its effectiveness. Each employee is assigned a university qualified health coach, to discuss their wellbeing and develop an individualised health plan.
Developed by our industry leading experts, the Wellbeing Index is another key element of the program. This tool allows participants to identify areas of wellbeing for improvement and tracks their progress, driving engagement and behaviour change.
Presented onsite or online, our workshops are developed in line with our Corporate Wellbeing Calendar or tailored to your organisation. Better Being's High Performance Program is designed for organisations aiming to take their performance to the next level. Through specialised coaching and workshops, this program equips your team with the tools to optimise their mental and physical wellbeing, resulting in enhanced productivity and performance.
The High Performance Program is broken up into 4 key elements – online workshops, 1:1 health consults, group exercise sessions and online learning. Individuals meet fortnightly with their assigned university qualified Health Scientist, to discuss their wellbeing and develop an individualised health plan. There is also an optional weekly group exercise session with a coach. Online workshops are held in Week 1, Week 6 and Week 12, that empower individuals with the tools to improve their wellbeing.
