This is the last and toughest workout of our exclusive Sweat Equity series. I like to do a little circuit of exercises and tend to do these following the Tabata protocol of 20 seconds maximal effort, with 10 seconds rest while you switch between exercises for 8 sets, but feel free to use any of the other protocols in the book. You can also end your workout on a bike, rower or treadmill but the key is to ensure your heart rate gets high. Choose a light weight and choose a maximum speed and intensity – leave nothing in the tank.
