Welcome to your first workout of our exclusive exercise series for Sweat Equity. The 4 workouts you will receive are designed to last for 15 minutes. Depending on your goals you can do all 4 workouts at one time making it a one hour training session or feel free to pick and choose. I see the first workout as an essential part for body and brain in every program.
You may have already read my book Sweat Equity and know a bit about mob-ing. These are essentially subtle movements designed to alleviate tightness and assist in increasing range of motion to decrease your risk of injury and maximize performance. I use this particular routine for myself to mentally and physically prepare for my upcoming workout. I usually do 3 sets of 10 repetitions as a circuit but often focus more attention on certain movements that might feel tight.
